The 2008 scheme year saw the RPA accepting electronic submissions of the Single Payment Application Form. At Paul Holliday Software we worked closely with RPA to supply software for those wanting to complete and submit their Single Payment Form electronically. This software called, Single Payment Supervisor, is one of only two products available nationwide that will utilise this brand new service. Single Payment Supervisor can speed up the form completion and reduce costly mistakes, with its easy to use interface and set of pre-submission validation rules. Submission of the Single Payment Form is only the beginning of the RPA’s vision for the future and Single Payment Supervisor intends to be at the forefront of this exciting new era of RPA electronic communication.
First e-Channel submission
At Paul Holliday Software we are very proud that the first ever SPS e-Channel submission was made using our Single Payment Supervisor software. The new SPS e-Channel is a great step forward towards easier single payment applications and we are pleased that our company & software are leading the way by making this first ever electronic SP5 submission.

The Single Payment application is now without doubt the singular most important form a farmer must complete each year. Single Payment Supervisor makes the process of completing the form easier by pre-populating your field data, allowing you to modify your inputs in an organised and structured approach and finally submitting direct to the RPA via the Internet. Working direct with the RPA
In preparation for the 2008 scheme year we worked closely with the RPA to produce our software which takes advantage of these new facilties. Single Payment Supervisor is capable of downloading your field data direct from the RPA to pre-populate the software, offering you the ability to work with the exact information the RPA hold about you. The other benefit of the new electronic submission facility is once you have completed your form you are able to send it directly to the RPA via the Internet, removing the reliance of having to post your application through the ever turblent postal system.
Ease and and accuracy
Single Payment Supervisor has a simple layout that is very similar to the paper based form you are sent through the post. Unlike the paper based form Single Payment Supervisor offers the benefit of being able to edit your data repeatably until you are happy without nasty scribbles that can often confuse the issue. Another great benefit of the software is that before submission your compeleted form can be validated to remove many of the possible mistakes that can slow down proccessing your your submission. This ability to validate the data entered and the easy clear layout can seriously simplying the process of completing the form and then reduce delays in getting your valuable Single Payment.
Land Agents
For those that have several forms to complete Single Payment Supervisor includes the ability to store details of all your sumbissions. All clients are displayed in a grid format and switching between clients is as simply as find and click. The grid layout is customizable and includes a filter facility for searching, printing of the grid, export of the grid to excel and colour coding to show the stage each client's application is at.

For individual farmers looking to submit a single submission Single Payment Supervisor is available for only £150 which includes the software with full download and submission privileges as well as support and updates for the 2009 scheme year.
The cost to land agents is based on the number of submissions you intend to
make. There are three costing levels Mini, Standard & Maxi with the costs
shown below.
