Single Payment Supervisor is our industry leading single payment software for submitting claims electronically direct to RPA. The software allows you download your claim form direct from RPA then using the intuitive interface amend the details as required before submitting your application directly back to the RPA electronically. Software History
We have been involved in producing single payment software since the days of IACS. Prior to the 2007 scheme year RPA used to accept computer generated print-outs from third party suppliers such as ourselves however in 2007 they stoppped this practice leaving the hand completed forms as the only application method available. As a company we protested to RPA about this change in policy and in preparation for the 2008 scheme year they announced they would be opening the SPS e-Channel, a method of submitting forms electronically.
SPS e-Channel
Paul Holliday Software was one of only two companies which signed up to use this new service. Following strict testing procedures laid out by RPA we released Single Payment Supervisor in early 2008 and submitted the first ever SPS e-Channel application, this was followed by many more with our software being used to complete the majority of the electronic single payment applications. In 2009 we followed on the success of the previous year with an improved version of the software and once again our software was used to make more electronic applications than any other supplier.
